The Cabinet of Curiosities takes us back to the old practice of collecting, classifying and curating objects and artifacts. Objects have many personal, familiar and collective meanings, and despite our increasingly digitalized and ephemeral life, we continue to collect and pass objects. This cabinet was built in our Public History Seminar. It is an effort to understand and learn about the complex meanings of objects in our everyday life.
